Pacific InterWest Apartment Inspection Services (PIA) provides turnkey inspection and consulting services to multifamily, apartment, senior living and student housing properties as well as HOA communities to comply with the requirements of Senate Bill 721 and Senate Bill 326 for the inspection of Exterior Elevated Elements. PIA architects, inspectors and industry experts provide a complete program for multifamily properties and HOA communities including certified inspections, plans, permits and management of repairs. Pacific InterWest began performing residential construction inspections and consulting to architects and builders in 2005. Since the passing of SB 721 and SB 326, the company has been the industry leader in performing these required inspections through PIA.
