🎉🚀PRC’s 2025 Kickoff: A Year of Growth, Impact & Celebration!🚀🎉 PRC kicked off 2025 with another incredible gathering at the Irvine Improv Comedy Club, blending laughter, inspiration, and forward-thinking discussions. We started the day with a fun human bingo icebreaker, setting the tone for an engaging and energizing meeting. As we reflected on 2024, we celebrated our Core Value Award Winners, recognized key achievements, and assessed how far we've come since 2022. Looking ahead, we unveiled our 2025 Roadmap, laying the foundation for another year of growth and success. One of the most exciting moments was announcing the winners of our Tokyo Trip Contest—a well-earned reward for outstanding contributions! A true highlight of the day was hearing from guest speaker Justin Wren, who shared his remarkable journey from MMA fighter to humanitarian. His story of resilience and purpose, including his work helping communities in Africa, left us deeply inspired. We wrapped up the day with lunch and heartfelt discussions, as each department shared how they feel valued and how they show they care—a perfect reminder of the strong culture we continue to build at PRC. Honoring Dr. King’s Legacy Through Service Our team had the privilege of volunteering at Someone Cares Soup Kitchen, serving meals to those in need and living out the values of compassion, community, and equality that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. so passionately championed. 🎁🎅 Wrapping Up the Holidays at PRC! 🎄🎁 The holiday season at PRC was filled with laughter, surprises, and a little mischief! We closed out 2024 with a festive White Elephant gift exchange, bringing out the creativity and competitive spirit in our team. We also had some special visitors — Santa stopped by to spread some holiday cheer, while the Grinch made sure things didn’t get too merry! 🎅💚 At PRC, we believe in celebrating the moments that bring us together. Making a Difference, One Plant at a Time! In November, Pacific Rim Capital had the incredible opportunity to give back to our community by volunteering at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. Together, we rolled up our sleeves and planted over 10,000 plants to support their mission of providing nutritious food to those in need. This experience was not only rewarding but also a reminder of the power of teamwork and the importance of contributing to a healthier, more sustainable future for all.
