Pacific Rim Environmental (PacRim) is an environmental consulting firm and laboratory specializing in Regulated Materials Management, asbestos and lead-based paint surveys, abatement project design, AHERA contract administration, industrial hygiene services, on-site PCM analysis, as well as OSHA and WISHA compliance monitoring. PacRim also provides other environmental management services for the safe and compliant remediation of known environmental Hazards. We are WBE, DBE and SCS certified. Scope of Service: PacRim surveys industrial, commercial and multi-unit residential properties for the presence of regulated materials and potentially hazardous environmental conditions, i.e., asbestos, lead, universal waste, silica, and mold. PacRim prepares comprehensive plans for the effective and efficient management of such materials or conditions. The company also oversees third-party contractors while implementing our management abatement plans. PacRim is leading the industry in electronic data collection.
