  • 40% of respondents in Packaging leadership expect a change in workforce this year. How many are hiring and how many are cutting back? Take our survey and leave your email to get the results. The survey closes THIS FRIDAY, so send us a message now to get started!

  • We asked, and you answered! We've reached 94.2%, ±5% confidence with everyone's contribution (using Zippia's estimate of total Packaging Engineers working in the US), but there's still time to make sure you're represented. Our #PackagingEngineering survey closes on the 28th, so if you want access to these results, take the survey today! If you haven't received an email with the link, DM us here.

  • We still need a few more participants to make sure our #PackagingEngineering survey is statistically significant. What is the salary difference between remote and on-site work? Is salary truly being adjusted for cost of living? What software knowledge is the most marketable? These are just a few of the questions we're trying to answer. Let your voice be heard and get a summary of the results. Message us now for a link to the survey!

We need your input! Our first nation-wide #PackagingEngineering survey has begun, but its success depends on you. We want real insights into salary factors and hiring trends, and that means we need accurate data. If you are a Packaging Engineer working in the US, send us a private message and we'll send you the link! (to protect the integrity of our results, we won't be sharing it publicly). It takes less than 10 minutes, and you'll receive an executive summary of the results as a participant. Let's learn together!

  • We would make a conscious choice to buy the packaging without the plastic. What would you do?

What’s this impasta in the aisle? We’d heard whispers about Barilla swapping to windowless pasta boxes, but hadn’t come across them in the US firsthand. What bowled us over? A private label brand making the switch before the big players. From a recycling perspective, it’s a no-brainer. No plastic means easier curbside recycling while keeping the box just as functional on the shelf. But let’s be honest—does removing the window change how you shop for pasta? Would you miss the window, or is it a change you’d like to see more brands make? #packagingdesign #sustainablepackaging #designthinking
