ARH NEWS RELEASE: Dr. Tsoi Joins Paintsville ARH Hospital Paintsville, KY – Paintsville ARH Hospital is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Key Yan Tsoi, a highly skilled surgeon specializing in general surgery, to our esteemed medical team. Dr. Tsoi joins us from the University of Central Florida, where she completed a General Surgery Residency. “Growing up, I always wanted to help people and liked science. I couldn’t decide between research or the clinical setting for a while, but I found out I liked talking to and connecting with patients. So, I applied to medical school and haven’t looked back since,” comments Dr. Tsoi. Dr. Tsoi’s impressive educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida, a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University.
