The Palestinian American Bar Association (PABA) is dedicated to fostering legal excellence, advocacy, and community engagement within the Palestinian American legal community. Our mission is to promote the common interests and business conditions of Palestinian American legal professionals, including peace, justice, tolerance, understanding, human rights, and equality for Palestinians both in the United States and abroad.
PABA seeks to provide a platform for legal professionals of Palestinian descent to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the advancement of the rule of law and the practice of law in the United States. Through educational initiatives, scholarships, mentorships, networking opportunities, legal aid programs, and advocacy efforts, we aim to empower and represent Palestinian American attorneys and law students, while also promoting a deeper understanding of the legal and human rights challenges faced by Palestinians in the United States and abroad.
PABA is committed to upholding the principles of justice, fairness, and equality, and to leveraging the legal profession as a force for positive change in various contexts that impact Palestinian communities. We aim to address legal challenges, promote human rights, and contribute to social justice causes with a focus on fostering a world where the rights and dignity of Palestinians are recognized and protected.
