♻️🌟 Recycling just got easier in South Carolina with the introduction of the Recycle Here SC mobile phone app ♻️🌟 The app–developed through a partnership between the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, PalmettoPride, and the South Carolina Beverage Association–consolidates information for South Carolina residents on what, where, and how to recycle different items at different locations across the state. 📣 Thank you to Lt. Governor Pamela Evette for joining the app launch and always striving to push the recycling industry forward in South Carolina. Be the change! Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play to download Recycle Here SC.

#PartnersinPride🤝 Last week, Lt. Governor Pamela Evette moderated the Circularity Fireside Chat featuring Atlantic Packaging's Wes Carter and PalmettoPride's very own Executive Director Sarah Lyles at the 3rd Annual Sustain SC Symposium. Carter and Lyles weighed in on the intersections of a circular economy and recycling/litter in South Carolina ➡ Reducing, reusing, repairing, and repurposing materials for production and consumption in our state not only lowers emissions and protects our natural resources, it creates innovative solutions, reduces costs, increases profits, and saves consumers money. ♻️🌱 Sustain SC works with its members and partners to reduce waste by creating business solutions, including understanding the economics of end product demand and recycling form.
