We are so proud to have been included in the FreightTech 25 for the first time! Our north star is enabling brokers to book thousands of loads per day with the carriers they want to win their freight. It's a never-ending process of listening to our customers, trying new things, seeing what works best, and repeating. With recent game-changing innovations like CoDriver for email (which has automated well over 1MM email conversations to date) and new offerings on the horizon like CoDriver Voice, our brokers are constantly getting better. March forth! #capacitymanagement #freightbrokerage #digitalfreight https://lnkd.in/gVisa2hJ

In case you missed it, here were a couple of takeaways: 1. Most brokerage leaders push for deeper carrier relationships, but many (especially at the midmarket brokerage size) are surprised by just how much of their freight is covered one convo at a time out on the open market. 3. Anthony outlined a carrier inbound funnel where of all inbound carrier inquiries.... ~ 10-25% of carriers are disqualified ~ 37% of conversations result in a quote from a qualified carrier ~ 10-15% of quotes get converted into a booking Reducing manual work in the top of this funnel is a quick way to get some wins for the brokerage. 2. Really, repeat freight with repeat carriers can and should be 99% automated

A lot of what we've done is help our customers build better profiles of their carriers through data. They can then use that to serve up better freight to their carriers and make it easy for them to book it. From The Logistics of Logistics podcast with Joe Lynch ★ The Logistics of Logistics

At Parade we are constantly seeking more ways to grant our customers access to capacity to cover loads faster with the right carrier, while also maintaining full control over how their work is automated and how data is shared. We're extremely excited to continue to live up to this mission by giving brokers the option to tap into Uber Freight's vast network of vetted carriers. From Parade CEO Anthony Sutardja: "This partnership with Uber Freight represents our commitment to providing brokerages with comprehensive solutions that drive real business results. By connecting our carrier management platform with Uber Freight's capacity network, we're helping our customers automate more of their operations, strengthen their carrier relationships, and scale their businesses efficiently." From Uber Freight VP of Emerging Products Brooks McMahon: "This partnership embodies our shared vision of empowering brokerages with technology that not only optimizes their operations but enables them to focus on what matters most – growing their business and strengthening relationships across the supply chain." A lot of brokers seek to become masters of a specific domain rather than being a jack of all trades. Differentiation and niching down requires deeper relationship building and strategic network development in a specific area. From the Joe Lynch ★ The Logistics of Logistics podcast!
