Officegiving (noun): An event held in November to show gratitude for your co-workers and enjoy delicious food together 🦃🥧🤎🍂 Our San Francisco office celebrated officegiving along with our Enterprise Leadership team and HR team. Locally catered food was supplemented with homemade dishes brought in by employee-owners. We're so thankful to have such wonderful, collaborative teams that make events like this possible!

The I-5, Mounts Road to Steilacoom-DuPont Road project near Joint Base Lewis McChord in DuPont, WA is currently in construction. Employee-owner Owen Kikuta, who is serving as design manager for the design-build project, was lucky enough to ride along with the Washington State Department of Transportation for their monthly aerial photo shoot! This stage of the project will widen three miles of I-5 to provide additional lanes and reconstruct an interchange to provide a bridge crossing over the railroad tracks. This is the third of four projects within the I-5, Mounts Road to Thorne Lane Interchange Corridor Improvements program that will provide eight miles of additional lanes on I-5 and three reconstructed interchanges. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Our annual auction for United Way was a great success with employee-owners raising over $20K for United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, United Way of Central Oregon and United Way of Treasure Valley. Auction items donated by employee-owners included handmade furniture, custom apparel, and experiences such as a sailboat ride! Thanks to all of the generous employee-owners in Oregon and Idaho who contributed!
