Hate is often a mask for something deeper—a symptom of pain and suffering that goes unaddressed. But suffering doesn’t have to lead to hate. At Parents for Peace, we believe that to truly combat extremism, we must first address the pain at its core. By helping families and individuals heal, we guide them toward healthier, more connected lives. Even the hardest paths can lead to peace. 🧡 Donate to help us address the suffering behind hate and create Pathways to Peace: https://lnkd.in/gyuw34j #PathwaysToPeace #ParentsForPeace #HealingFromHate #EndExtremism #Transformation

Kevin, one of our interventionists, supported parents whose only child was drawn into neo-Nazi ideology. With compassion and guidance—and experiences like summer camps—their child was able to let go of hate and embrace a healthier future. This story reminds us of two important truths: 1. It takes a village—these parents showed incredible strength by reaching out and allowing others to help them. 2. Hate stems from suffering—to overcome extremism, we must address the pain beneath it. At Parents for Peace, we’re helping families create Pathways to Peace. 🧡 Watch his full story and donate to help us continue this vital work: https://lnkd.in/gyuw34j #PathwaysToPeace #ParentsForPeace #HealingFromHate #EndExtremism #Transformation

We’re thrilled to welcome Allizandra Herberhold, MSW, to the Parents for Peace team as an Exit Interventionist. 🎉 Alli’s journey is one of incredible transformation. Alli holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University, where she coordinated community programs to foster connection and inclusion.
