Congratulation, Aica P., RN for being our September Employee of the Month! Are you a registered nurse like Aica? Apply today: https://hubs.li/Q02KHY7l0 Aica P., RN shares her inspiring journey since arriving in the USA. Drawn to Health Carousel by the team’s supportive and organized approach, she felt confident in pursuing her American dream. Adjusting to life in a new country has taught her resilience, adaptability, and the value of hard work. Winning this recognition means the world to her, as it acknowledges her dedication to quality care and perseverance through challenges, from cultural adjustments to learning to drive. Outside of work, she discovered a love for Cajun/Creole cuisine during a trip to New Orleans, savoring dishes like gumbo, red beans and rice, and southern fried chicken. This achievement is a proud moment for her and her family back home in the Philippines! Way to go, Aica! Your hard work, resilience, and dedication truly shine, and we couldn’t be more proud of you. #SuccessStory #EOMWinner #CareerAchievement #EmployeeRecognition

"Being a nurse in the USA has allowed me to balance working hard and enjoying life. With multiple days off, I recharge, reflect, and return to work fully energized. Practicing here has empowered me to be an independent nurse and a collaborative team member in compassionate healthcare. I’ve even had the chance to mentor students, which is incredibly rewarding. To those still waiting for their dream, don’t stop enriching yourself—learn, grow, and prepare for the opportunities ahead." - Gershom R., RN Are you a registered nurse like Gershom? Welcome to the USA, Laureanne S., RN! Are you a registered nurse like Laureanne? Apply today: https://hubs.li/Q02lWmD20 "I passed NCLEX on August 2022 and on September (a month after) I signed with Health Carousel. I was out of bedside for almost more than a decade and with Health Carousel Clinical Residency Program. I am confident that they will help me continue my passion as a nurse. My journey with HC is not a walk in the park. There were challenges along the road but my advisors were always there to guide and motivate me to never give up in my American dream. To Rein, Ma'am Liza, Sir JP, and the rest of the team, thank you so much. Without your consistent follow-ups, I would not be where I am right now. Of course, always trust God’s timing. If it’s God’s will, it will be yours. To my fellow HC candidates, just keep on dreaming, one day, by God’s grace, all those dreams will eventually come true. Stay positive and trust God’s plan for your life." - Laureanne S., RN #Testimonial #HCPArrival #NurseExperience #HealthcareJourney #NurseintheUSA #USRN #WorkintheUS #NursingJobs #NursingProfession #USJob #HealthcareProfessional #Celebrate #USVisa #Immigration #journeytosuccess #VisaSponsorship #EB3Visa #GreenCard #ImmigrationJourney

Welcome to the USA, Abbibah! Are you a registered nurse like Abbibah and want to work in the USA? Apply today: https://hubs.li/Q02zrpXD0 "I would really like to appreciate all the PassportUSA advisors and IDAs for all the amazing support they have accorded to me since I started my American dream back in the year 2020. I came across PPUSA in Facebook while browsing for America-based nursing agencies and immediately sent my application which was registered very fast and an interview with the recruiting officer was scheduled. My interview was successful and I signed my contract on October 2020. Unfortunately, due to the CoViD-19 pandemic in 2021 and the visa retrogression, my deployment has taken approximately four years and I am now ready to deploy, PPUSA has helped me through my NCLEX preparation and registration, supported me financially to South Africa to take the exam and also assisted me to register and take my IELTS in Kenya. I am very grateful and excited because PassportUSA has not only petitioned for my visa, but also petitioned for my daughter whom I will be arriving in the USA with and paid for our air tickets upfront. Other than that, what I love most about PPUSA is the fact that they always respond to my emails in a timely manner and ensure that we have a one on one follow up call every month up until my deployment date. For that I will always be grateful. If there is anything I have learned throughout this process/journey is to have a lot of patience.. Nothing good comes easy and the journey was worth the wait. To all healthcare workers aspiring to take their careers a notch higher and want to achieve their American dream, please be encouraged and know that it is very possible. PassportUSA is a family away from home and you can trust them to help you actualize your dream. A special thanks goes out to my recruiting officer Shane who saw the potential in me and gave me a chance and also to my IDAs Sandi and Katelyn. I will forever be grateful to you and the entire team who made my dream a reality. May God bless the good work you are doing." - Abbibah M., RN

"As soon I passed my NCLEX last 2022, Health Carousel LLC was really my first choice to help me begin with my US journey. I remembered my interview with them and that day I knew I made the best decision. From getting my I140 up to deployment stage, HC has maintained their support and their level of service for me and my family. I was first handled by Ms. Glenda, my International Processing Advisor. During this overwhelming process, she was easy to approach and very detailed to the requirements I must comply within the deadline. She taught me how to use my time wisely while juggling between my work and studying for my IELTS. She was my guide while I was in the crucial part and that was providing all the initial documents. I am grateful that she was patient with me which enabled me to get through that stage. And for Ms. Christine, my IDA, who believed that nothing is impossible with our prayers. Thank you for the encouragement and assistance when we’re almost just days away before the retrogression happens. You helped us and even spare your extra time to make sure that we get our visa approved. The process of getting our US dream is never easy, everything will require your patience and compliance but with the help of the HCPI, you are not alone. You can communicate with them whenever you have questions about the process and surely they will respond accordingly. Just be compliant with your requirements because they will give you deadlines and that’s for you to be deployed as early as possible, given your priority date is current. To all who want to pursue their US journey even with or without your family, HC is here for you. My family and I were grateful for their unwavering commitment and support in helping nurses and their families to live and more." - Liezel D., RN Are you a registered nurse like Liezel? "I came across PassportUSA through Facebook and I just filled that online form for RN application without any seriousness as I didn't know anything about it. It has taken me three years and 8 months to complete my USRN journey up to relocation. I really want to appreciate my IPA by the name Sandi for the tireless efforts that she put towards my NCLEX exam. My current IDA by the name Karla has been of great help. She is so hospitable and caring and I admire the way she handles me. The monthly coaching calls by both my IPA and IDA were amazing as it even assisted me to get used to the accent and I think it's the callings that made me to start polishing my English speaking skills. Am planning to come to USA with all my dependents as I was prepared fully enough and on time my IDA concerning the relocation cost. I like sharing this my experience with other professionals whom I have even recruited that PassportUSA is an agency that anyone can join. I haven't incurred costs other that that ones for sending documents to CGFNS for verification and during medicals that are done in the IOM. It requires hard work and dedication plus persistence to be a successful Nurse who is ready to work in USA. Even though I was affected by retrogression, the reassurance that I received from the webinars gave me hope that the time will be right for me. When I joined the program, my daughter was 19 years and by now she approaching 22 complete years but she is one of my dependents who will join me as the agency is so considerate. I can say that I was amazed the way the transport team organized and coordinated for me to land in South Africa and back being my first time to take a flight. The learning resources for both IELTS and NCLEX were superb and simple to follow. All the staffs for PassportUSA are amazing from the Marketing department to all those who make sure that we accrue what is required before we arrive in the USA. I am a proud beneficiary of PassportUSA." - Margaret M., RN Are you a registered nurse like Margaret? Welcome to the USA, Mordekai M., RN! Are you a registered nurse like Mordekai? Apply today: https://hubs.li/Q02zrpXD0 "I heard about Health Carousel/PassportUSA from a friend/workmate. It took me almost 2 years from signing the contract to my arrival date due to retrogression effect. PassportUSA advisor was a pillar to count on ,considering the effects of retrogression which were difficult to cope with but with PassportUSA advisor it was bearable and we got support to endure during the process. I arrived in the US with my family and they really appreciate it. My advice to healthcare professionals coming to work and live in the USA is a mountain can look insurmountable but 1 step at a time you will get there, everything is possible. My favorite moment with PassportUSA was during retrogression when we feel impatient and hopeless they gave us strength .I am so grateful to work with PassportUSA/Health Carousel team it makes this journey easy for me." - Mordekai M., RN #Testimonial #HCIArrival #CareerJourney #HealthcareExperience #NurseintheUSA #USRN #WorkintheUS #NursingJobs #NursingProfession #USJob #HealthcareProfessional #Celebrate #USVisa #Immigration #journeytosuccess #VisaSponsorship #EB3Visa #GreenCard #ImmigrationJourney

Welcome to the USA, Criselda G., RN! Are you a registered nurse like Criselda? Apply today: https://hubs.li/Q02f9qT30 "I began working with Health Carousel on August 4, 2022. The process has run smoothly, with my supervisors guiding me every step of the way. They have been very accommodating and helpful, even with the smallest questions I needed to clarify. The lesson I've learned is that you have to wait your turn and trust the process. To my fellow nurses, I encourage you to try as well. If I can do it, you can too. Thank you, Health Carousel, and dedicated employees, for your exceptional service and commitment to helping healthcare professionals like me realize our aspirations. I look forward to continuing my journey with the confidence that I have the support of an outstanding organization like Health Carousel/PassportUSA." - Criselda G., RN #Testimonial #HCPArrival #NurseExperience #HealthcareJourney #NurseintheUSA #USRN #WorkintheUS #NursingJobs #NursingProfession #USJob #HealthcareProfessional #Celebrate #USVisa #Immigration #journeytosuccess #VisaSponsorship #EB3Visa #GreenCard #ImmigrationJourney
