The Pathways Financial Credit Union AEP Branch located at 1 Riverside Plaza will permanently close on January 17, 2025. With AEP implementing hybrid work-from-home schedules since COVID, fewer members are visiting the branch, while more are choosing the convenience of our mobile and digital banking services. In light of this shift, we’ve made the decision to close the 1RP branch. Although the branch will no longer be open, we want to assure you that we’re still here to support your banking needs. An ATM will remain onsite for cash withdrawals and deposits, and our Member Service team is available to assist you with any questions at 800-367-7485. We’d also love to see you at one of our nearby branch locations. You can find these locations as well as our Dayton and Southwest Ohio locations at pathwayscu.com/locations.
