🚀 Wrapping up this year’s Web Summit, here are my key takeaways from an intense but rewarding experience: 🎯 Showcasing Pausetiv: Pausetiv sparked curiosity and interest as we introduced menopause care to a global audience. It’s clear that this emerging topic is gaining traction and opening up important conversations. 🤝 Connections That Matter: I was amazed by the quality and quantity of people I met! From insightful discussions to inspiring stories, the exchange of ideas was invaluable. 📋 The Power of Preparation and Follow-Up: Events like this aren’t just about the days on-site. Preparation sets the stage for success, and the real work starts now—keeping conversations alive and building on the momentum created. 🌍 An Overwhelming but Insightful Experience: With over 70,000 attendees this year, Web Summit was buzzing with energy. Spending three days immersed in this environment—meeting so many people and seeing so much happen—can feel overwhelming and even a bit detached from reality. But it’s also a reminder of the incredible power of connection and innovation. La nascita dell’idea "L’idea di Pausetiv nasce da una necessità personale: avvicinandomi alla menopausa, mi sono resa conto di quanto fosse difficile trovare informazioni affidabili e un adeguato supporto medico. La clinica virtuale "Per rispondere a questo bisogno, stiamo creando una clinica virtuale che offre trattamenti personalizzati multidisciplinari tramite telemedicina. Grazie a un questionario dettagliato e all’uso di algoritmi, le donne ricevono assistenza da specialisti, monitorano i loro trattamenti tramite un’app e diventano più consapevoli della loro salute." 🌐 🤝 4. 🌟 What an incredible journey! 🌟 Thank you for the amazing experience with La Carica delle 101 as part of the mentoring program, where I had the privilege of supporting two inspiring co-founders Clarice Pinto Marina Correia in bringing their startup Pausetiv to life. 💜 Working alongside talented colleagues, I had the chance to contribute to this startup, while learning and growing together. It was a powerful reminder that mentorship is as much about giving as it is about receiving. The journey culminated yesterday with a fantastic in-person event, where we finally met face-to-face, connected with other brilliant professionals, and exchanged ideas that went beyond just networking.
