Pavillon reposted this
12 years ago today our campus at Pavillon went tobacco free. This date is always memorable to me. If you'd like to hear the story and some of the lessons learned, check out the article that came out the following year. In the following years I've had the distinct pleasure of getting to know and collaborating with some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated professionals I've encountered in my entire career: the tobacco-free champions in the state of NC. It's a great group of people, and their individual backgrounds are pretty diverse. But their shared dedication to this effort makes them truly amazing. For real.
