Generally speaking, there's a pretty strong correlation between enthusiasm and the success of a product. We tested that theory this morning ... The result? Between Discord and YouTube, nearly 500 developers tuned into Payload's community call at one time. Not for a product launch, but a product update. 🤯 This was almost *triple* our best turnout—which was in March for our release of 3.0 beta. The momentum and energy behind Payload is palpable—and we're here for it. As we near our heavily anticipated 3.0 launch, which will make Payload the de facto Next.js CMS, James Mikrut and the team delivered an update on where things stand, how close we are to a launch, and a bunch of other good stuff.
