  • When Isis’s family visited her in Guyana, they weren’t just travelers—they were building bridges and sharing in the joy of cultural exchange. Reflecting on their trip, Isis’s parents shared: "Guyana has truly captured our hearts! The rich history, vibrant culture, and incredible cuisine made every moment special. Thank you to the locals and friends who welcomed us so warmly." • 💧 Tanks for the Memories When a rural school in Madagascar lacked clean water, Peace Corps Volunteer Thomas and community members partnered with Zarasoa, a local NGO founded by Returned Peace Corps Volunteers, to build a 10,000-liter tank that's functional and fantastic. Students now have safe drinking water, teachers are trained in the maintenance, and the school's future is looking a lot more water secure. ⛲ Curious how sandbags, cement, and a little community magic came together?
