Each year, we honor our military and veteran team members by presenting them with our signature Military Challenge Coins around Veterans Day—a meaningful symbol of our gratitude for their service. This week, coins were proudly presented to veterans across the country. We are honored to work alongside those who serve and have served our country. Recognizing the dedication and sacrifice of our service members is a privilege, and this tradition is a small way for us to show our appreciation. Thank you to our team members for your service and commitment!

Each employee who has served, or remains on active duty, and chooses to make their service known, receives one of our Pep Boys Military Challenge Coins. He will focus on championing the customer first mindset of the company, and his responsibilities will include media & performance marketing, brand strategy & creative development, product & revenue management, digital consumer commerce platforms and marketing analytics & data science. Joe will be based at our Philadelphia HQ.    Welcome Joe!

Please join us in welcoming Steve Baker to the Pep Boys team as the Fleet Department’s Vice President and General Manager! Steve has had a career in go-to-market operations and general management roles, including president, general manager, and group commercial VP positions at publicly traded and private companies. He will primarily be responsible for expanding the Pep Boys fleet sales business by acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with current customers, and identifying and executing the Company’s commercial strategic opportunities. Steve has spent the last six months as a consultant to Pep Boys, learning the Company and the industry, and envisions an expanded presence for Pep Boys fleet in the automotive aftermarket industry with clear and unique value propositions.   Congratulations and welcome, Steve!
