If code needs a babysitter, it's not ready for QA. Handing spaghetti code to QA is just asking for trouble. The first time someone mentioned "spaghetti code" to me, I thought, “That sounds like delicious code!”. Then they said: “spaghetti code with meatballs,” and as an Italian, I couldn’t handle it. — That’s when I understood what it really meant.
