About us
Person-to-Person (P2P) is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing individuals and families with essential resources to help them overcome daily challenges and put them on a path toward economic stability. P2P serves 28,000 residents in Fairfield County with the following programs: three food pantries (Darien, Norwalk, Stamford), clothing center, caseworker assistance, emergency financial assistance, and scholarships/camperships. As long as there is a need, P2P is here to help. Food insecurity in the state has more than doubled to 23% since the start of the pandemic; this has led to a 60% increase in food demand with P2P. In addition, requests for emergency financial assistance, primarily for rent, has increased as much as 380%. Established in 1968, P2P serves the communities of Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton. Learn more at p2pHelps.org

We’re thrilled to share the details of Rising Together, P2P’s spring benefit, being held at Serafresca at The Italian Center of Stamford on April 4 from 6-11pm! This black-tie event will feature: Chanté Moore, Grammy-nominated artist with over 10 million albums sold, delivering an unforgettable performance. Honoree Thasunda Brown Duckett, President and CEO of TIAA, recognized as one of TIME magazine’s "100 Most Influential People of 2024" and ranked #34 on the Forbes 2024 list of "The World's Most Powerful Women." Emcee Cindy Hsu, celebrated CBS NY anchor, bringing her passion and energy to the stage. An exciting live auction, led by renowned auctioneer James MacDonald. The evening begins with a cocktail hour from 6:00–7:00 p.m., followed by the program at 7:00 p.m. The celebration concludes with an after-party from 10:00–11:00 p.m., featuring live music by the dynamic duo MOJO and plenty of dancing. This exciting evening is chaired by Celeste Cox Baldwin, MD, Michelle Lappas, and CT State Senator Ceci Maher.
