By showcasing golf’s greatest players, the PGA TOUR engages, inspires and positively impacts our fans, partners and communities worldwide. The PGA TOUR, headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, co-sanctions more than 130 tournaments on the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, Korn Ferry Tour, PGA TOUR Latinoamérica, Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Series-China. Members on the PGA TOUR represent the world’s best players, hailing from 29 countries and territories (93 members are from outside the United States). Worldwide, PGA TOUR tournaments are broadcast to 212 countries and territories in 23 languages. Virtually all tournaments are organized as non-profit organizations to maximize charitable giving. In 2019, tournaments across all Tours generated a record $204.3 million for local and national charitable organizations, bringing the all-time total to more than $3 billion.     Fast Company announced today that the PGA TOUR has been named to their fourth annual Next Big Things in Tech list, honoring emerging technology that has a profound impact for industries—from education and sustainability to robotics and artificial intelligence.   This year, 138 technologies developed by established companies, startups, or research teams are featured for their potential to revolutionize the lives of consumers, businesses, and society overall. Work & Co and Quintar, Inc developed a PGA TOUR app for the Apple Vision Pro which transforms golf into a real time, 3D model.     Introducing competitive changes coming to the PGA TOUR that will deliver a stronger, more competitive and more entertaining product to fans, players, tournaments and partners. The initiative addresses key areas of feedback from the membership over the course of 2024, most notably the need to provide equitable playing opportunities and certainty of schedule for members who have earned a PGA TOUR card.     A heartwarming moment at our own headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach 🥹 23-year-old Karl Vilips is headed to the PGA TOUR, but not before he was surprised with the Korn Ferry Tour Rookie of the Year award. We captured this special moment in our Screening Room by showing Karl a video of his journey to this point, and bringing in his close friend Michael Thorbjornsen with the trophy. Stay for the tears!

    First day of school vibes 😁   The 2024 Korn Ferry Tour graduating class, now incoming PGA TOUR members, visited our PGA TOUR Headquarters this week in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL for "New Member Orientation".   During the two-day trip, they learned about a wide array of topics like eligibility criteria, Integrity policies, mental health resources, media training, and more.    At the end of the summit, they participated in some "media day" content captures, which will air across social and digital platforms to help our fans get to know the newest PGA TOUR players.
