Pickaway WORKS is a collaboration among education, business and community, building partnerships to create relevant career pathways for Pickaway County students and helping meet workforce demands of the region. Through our program initiatives, we are creating awareness: increased knowledge of local opportunities, alignment: strong relationships between educators and employers, and relevance: authentic connections between classroom work and the real world of work.
