The new FTC mandate requires subscriptions to be as easy to cancel as they are to sign up for. This basically means one-click cancellation. The new law is expected to become enforceable in mid-April 2025. This initiative aims to protect consumers from complex and cumbersome cancellation procedures that feel like a trap. Over the last couple of weeks we have gotten together as a team both in the US and in London to do our annual read out together as well as celebrate another great year at PW. One new thing we did this year was team activities for our #PWGives Initiative including stuffing Secret Santa baskets for families escaping domestic abuse, craft blankets and stuffed animals for children spending the holidays in the hospital, and craft Herb Kits and Wellness Journals for kids and families in need. Looking forward to this becoming a new tradition for Pierce Washington to give back to our communities!
