  • Are small teams really "the future"? Everyone’s obsessed with a handful of people + AI = instant success. $100M ARR-in-2-years is impressive, but let's be real, it's the exception, not the rule. Many of these teams usually have advantages others don't, like massive funding, deep experience, and extensive networks. This is not the reality for most startups. Scaling a company isn’t just about speed, sustainability is equally important (ie; specialized expertise, diverse perspective, strong teams that can handle complexity). Yes, AI is great & small teams can win. But, scrappiness alone isn't the answer.
