We were honored to participate in the Arizona Learning Mobility Convening, hosted by Education Design Lab. The engagement and insights shared were inspiring as we collectively work toward enhancing learning mobility across Arizona's public higher education institutions and workforce. Throughout the discussions, several key themes emerged. Arizona institutions have solid relationships between institutes yet face navigation challenges for learners at key transition points and need better alignment between academic credentials and workforce needs. We also discussed a future vision with a connected digital ecosystem that enhances learning mobility while preserving institutional autonomy, offering more personalized and flexible pathways for learners, and enhanced support to navigate transition points. This vision includes better integration of prior learning assessment and workplace experience. Pipeline AZ is proud to partner and serve in this important work for Arizona.

My Future AZ provides educators, counselors, and parents with comprehensive resources to efficiently guide students through their career exploration. With My Future AZ, students can create and update their Education and Career Action Plan (ECAP) annually, enabling proactive and informed future planning. The Pipeline AZ team gathered in Tucson on Friday, November 8th! As a remote organization, opportunities to come together in person are always meaningful. We focused on Pipeline AZ’s plans for the rest of 2024 and looked ahead to the exciting opportunities for 2025.

Our CEO Amber Smith and Tucson Metro Chamber President and CEO Michael Guymon recently attended the Oro Valley State of the Town event. The gathering emphasized community collaboration, and Michael and Amber took the opportunity to discuss an expanded partnership between their organizations. We are excited to announce that Jessica Howe has been named a 40 Under 40 awardee by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce! We couldn't be prouder of Jessica's role as Director of Education with Pipeline AZ, and her impactful work at The Earnest House.
