What’s your strategy for staying motivated? Drop your best tips below! 💻 www.BurnsFunding.com
Does anyone else feel like January is just one long Monday? The holidays are over. The decorations are packed away. And now we’re in the slow-motion marathon known as January. It’s like the month itself is stuck in a loop. Every day feels like a long Monday - gray skies, too many emails, and an alarm clock that just doesn’t seem to respect boundaries. By the end of week one, I was Googling “how to hibernate until spring.” You know that feeling when you’re stuck behind someone writing a check in the express lane? That’s January. It drags, and there’s no escape. But I’ve got a survival strategy: ❖ Treat every Tuesday like a mini Friday. Celebrate small wins, even if it’s just making it through a tough meeting or finally tackling that laundry pile. ❖ Commit to something short-term, like a gym streak that lasts exactly four days. Not a lifetime. Just four days. Manageable goals keep the motivation alive. ❖ Reward yourself with little indulgences - coffee breaks, cozy blankets, or a good laugh over posts like this one. January isn’t forever. It just feels that way. What’s your secret to getting through the month without losing your mind? Or, better yet, what’s one thing about January that always drags for you? Let’s commiserate.

Thrilled to see Peter highlight this innovative funding strategy in Forbes! If you're tired of hearing 'no' from lenders, shelf corporations could be the solution you've been waiting for. 🚀 Learn how to secure funding faster, smarter, and without relying on your personal credit. Check out the full article in the comments to see why this approach is turning heads. 🔗 #FundingSolutions #Entrepreneurs #BusinessGrowth #SmartFunding #BurnsFunding
This funding strategy is so powerful it just landed in Forbes. Right now, entrepreneurs are stuck in the worst credit crunch we’ve seen in years. Lenders are saying “no,” interest rates are brutal and personal credit is getting over-leveraged. But what if there was a smarter way to secure funding without touching your personal credit or getting buried in red tape? That’s exactly what I dive into in my latest Forbes article: shelf corporations. Here’s why this little-known strategy is turning heads: ❖ It saves time. Skip the hassle of setting up a new business. Shelf corporations are already registered, with an EIN, DUNS number, and everything else you need. ❖ It boosts credibility. A company with history opens doors that a brand-new entity simply can’t. ❖ It unlocks funding. No personal credit? No problem. These businesses stand on their own. ❖ It avoids the hidden costs. You bypass the endless fees and delays of building from scratch. And the best part? You can skip the stress and get funding faster, smarter and without the usual headaches. But there’s a catch. You need to work with someone who knows what they’re doing. In the article, I share exactly what to look for so you can avoid costly mistakes. I’ll drop the link in the comments. If you’re tired of hearing “no” from lenders, this could be the strategy you’ve been waiting for. Let me know what you think!

Breaking News: My New Year’s resolutions are already on life support. January 2nd. The confetti is gone, the party hats are retired, and the hype of “new year, new me” has officially run face-first into reality. Take my caffeine ban. It didn’t even survive the first sunrise. By mid-morning yesterday, I was holding a latte like it was a lifeline. One cup turned into two, then three. By the end of the day, my barista and I were practically on a first-name basis. The daily workout streak was over before it began. After one overzealous session, my legs staged a full-on protest. Stairs became my mortal enemy. I decided to “reassess” my fitness goals and push the real start date to Monday. Here’s the thing nobody tells you about resolutions: they’re fun to make but a whole other beast to maintain. The flip of the calendar doesn’t change habits overnight. It’s messy. It’s clumsy. And most of the time, it’s kind of hilarious. This is what progress really looks like; trying, stumbling, laughing, and getting back up again. No judgment. No guilt. Just another shot tomorrow. Or maybe next week. What’s the most ambitious resolution you’ve ever set that didn’t stand a chance? Let’s have a good laugh and remind ourselves that we’re all in this together.

What can the 2025 inauguration teach you about leading your business...? Here's a note from our CEO:
What can the 2025 inauguration teach you about leading your business? Seriously, hear me out. This isn’t about politics. It’s about leadership - the kind that takes center stage during moments of massive change. As Donald Trump steps back into office for his second, non-consecutive term (yep, it really is a plot twist straight out of Netflix), there are some surprising lessons we, as entrepreneurs, can take from today’s inauguration. Here’s what stood out: ❖ Resilience Is a Superpower. Love him or not, bouncing back after losing the presidency and returning four years later is next-level grit. Think about your own business. Rejection. Setbacks. A bad quarter. These aren’t the end, they’re the setup for your next move. If you can weather the storm, you’ll outlast most of your competition. ❖ Control the Narrative. In his inaugural speech, Trump spoke about his vision for a "golden age." Whether you believe it or not, he made it clear: this is where we’re going. As a business owner, are you doing the same? Are you painting a future so vivid that your team, your customers and even your skeptics can’t help but follow? If you don’t own your story, someone else will. ❖ Make Bold Decisions. Moving the ceremony indoors due to extreme cold? Bold move. Calling for immediate action on key policies? Bolder. In entrepreneurship, sitting on the sidelines never wins. The market rewards those who take calculated risks and act decisively. Here’s the question you need to be asking yourself: What bold move have you been putting off? The thing about bold moves, vision, and resilience - they all need fuel. And for entrepreneurs, that fuel is funding. At Burns Funding, we’ve created a way to give you the capital you need to take your next big leap. $100K-$800K in unsecured funding (sometimes more). No repayment stress. Just a proven system designed to cover your loan payments while you focus on growth. Because leadership lessons are great. But execution? That’s what changes the game. Ready to lead your business into its next "golden age"? Reach out. Let’s make it happen.

What’s holding your business back from reaching the next level? Chances are, it’s not your ideas or your ambition. It’s not even the competition. It’s funding. The opportunities are there. You see them every day. But without access to capital, they stay just out of reach. Banks demand endless paperwork and collateral. Venture capitalists want a chunk of your business before they’ll write a check. And the clock keeps ticking while your vision waits. It’s a frustration I’ve heard from countless entrepreneurs. It’s one I’ve faced myself. That’s why I developed Burns Corporate Capital (BCC). A smarter, faster way to access six-figure credit lines without the usual roadblocks. Here’s how it works: ❖ We help you acquire a shelf corporation - a legally registered, aged business entity with no prior activity. ❖ This corporation unlocks substantial credit lines, often over $200,000, in as little as 50 days. ❖ No need for collateral, proof of income, or years of financial history. It’s a straightforward process designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to act now. Take Dr. Cliff Janke, for example. He’s a commercial real estate investor who saw incredible opportunities all around him. The only thing missing? The funding to seize them. Through our program, that changed. “There is no shortage of investment opportunities,” he said. “There is just a shortage of funding to take advantage of those opportunities.” Not anymore. If you have a strong credit score but have been shut out by traditional lending, this could be the solution you’ve been waiting for. I’ve built this program to empower entrepreneurs, to open doors that have been unfairly locked. If you’re ready to take the next step, drop a comment or reach out. Let’s get your vision funded and your business moving forward.

Ever feel like the holiday season left your finances singing a sour tune? January often feels like the encore to a costly December. Unlike those holiday bills, your business funding stress doesn’t have to carry over into 2025. Visit www.BurnsFunding.com to discuss your options today.
Ever feel like December is a financial version of "The 12 Days of Christmas"... except every gift is another credit card bill? Let’s face it - holiday spending can feel like a never-ending musical nightmare: ❖ 12 unexpected expenses ❖ 11 maxed-out limits ❖ 10 “urgent” flash sales ❖ 9 gifts you forgot to buy ❖ 8 broken budgets ❖ 7 shipping surcharges ❖ 6 impulse purchases ❖ 5 “Buy Now, Pay Later” regrets ❖ 4 credit alerts ❖ 3 declined cards ❖ 2 sleepless nights ❖ And a wallet crying in a pear tree! But unlike holiday jingles, your business funding stress doesn’t have to be on repeat. With SubCorps and SuperKs (ask me what they mean), entrepreneurs can secure $100K to $260K+ in unsecured business funding - without feeling like they’re caroling for cash. No W2s. No tax returns. Just fast, straightforward funding that actually makes sense. Forget the "12 Days of Debt." This year, gift yourself a financial fresh start. Ready to stop singing the holiday money blues? Let’s talk funding that works year-round. 🎄💸

What if your next big idea didn’t have to wait on funding? Years ago, I discovered something most entrepreneurs never see: Banks love lending to businesses - but only if you know how to play the game. And trust me, the rules aren’t what you think. We create fully-built business entities (think “shelf companies” but way better) with spotless credit profiles. They’re ready to unlock serious funding - up to $260K per business in lines of credit and cash business cards. Lenders trust established companies more than startups. By the time you’re ready, our entities are already positioned for funding. You plug in, scale up, and leave the headaches behind. What if your credit’s a mess? No worries. If personal debt has you cornered, we can still generate funding through our system. Use it to pay down balances, boost your credit score, and qualify for even more funding later. No tax returns. No W-2s. No waiting forever. If you’re a homeowner, you can unlock an extra $150K unsecured loan on top of it all. This isn’t some “hack” - it’s how smart entrepreneurs fund big dreams without personal risk. Ready to stop chasing funding and start scaling? Let’s chat and make it happen.
