We wanted to post and say THANK YOU to everyone’s generous contribution so far to fund our upcoming trip to Washington, DC. This visit is set to be a pivotal moment for the Planetary Sunshade Foundation! We're halfway to our crowdfunding goal, and your support is making this possible. At PSF, we believe that educating and informing policymakers will lead to crucial steps towards researching and considering the sunshade concept. In July, we’ll be engaging directly with policymakers! Here's a quick peek at our itinerary so far: 📅 July 18: Starting with Senator Peters, Lindsey Graham's space policy staff, the State Department's Space Policy team, and Rep. Nancy Mace's staff. We'll end the day with our DC social on K Street with 25 RSVPs from government officials, NGOs, lawyers, and investors. 📅 July 19: Meetings with the House subcommittee on space and aeronautics, and the White House's National Space Council and Office of Science and Technology Policy. If you haven't donated yet, there's still time to join us and make a difference. Grateful for your continued support! https://lnkd.in/e4rjxJcw

Exciting News! We’ve been invited to the White House in July to discuss the Planetary Sunshade concept! Our team has been working hard to organize this trip, including meetings with the State Department and the House Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee. We need your help to raise $3,000 to cover essentials like travel and event costs. This is a grassroots effort, and your support is crucial. Together, we can make a difference in the fight against global warming. Thank you for your support!
