  • We're excited to be revisiting Fork Food Lab's new location again tomorrow for our October event. Fork Food Lab is located on 95 Darling Avenue in South Portland, Maine. They are a nonprofit culinary incubator fostering a diverse and sustainable food economy. They offers food entrepreneurs a shared commercial kitchen with all necessary equipment and various membership levels to support their growth. Additionally, Fork Food Lab provides startup support services, helping new businesses from licensing to equipment training.   • The beneficiary for October's event is Speak About It. They a consent education and sexual assault prevention non-profit. They partner with high schools, colleges, and communities, and use theatre and dialogue to empower students to prevent sexual violence, build healthy relationships, and create positive change in their communities. Their mission is to promote awareness of healthy sexual choices, advocate consent, and prevent sexual violence through inclusive performance-based education, discussion facilitation, and provision of resources. Speak About it are proudly based in Portland, Maine, and have worked with nearly 500,000 students at over 100 schools, in 26 states, and three countries.
