As a business, it’s crucial to understand how these changes impact you: Penalties for Non-Compliance: Failing to adhere to these new regulations could result in fines of up to $52,000 (adjusted for inflation). This applies to both businesses and influencers involved in your marketing strategies. Marketing Practices: Review and adjust your marketing practices to comply with these regulations. This includes managing how you work with influencers and third parties handling advertisements for you.
