🇺🇸 Claim Your Power - From Business to Community! 🇺🇸 Over the past few weeks, my business clients have shared their thoughts on the election and how it has influenced their lives and businesses. They have expressed various feelings, from excitement about potential growth to concern and even distress. As a coach, my role is to listen and help them decide how to best use their valuable time and energy without imposing my own opinions on them—regardless of where I stand personally concerning the election's impact on our great country. For clients who voted for the Trump administration, I'm encouraging them to get excited, set ambitious goals, and utilize our systems to achieve them. As well as be part of a compassionate dialogue to unite and heal their communities. For those who did not vote for the Trump administration, I suggest they consider how they can channel their energy into positive action in their communities instead of succumbing to anxiety and stress. Engaging in civic responsibilities will allow them to influence local policies and address their community's needs, leading to a more significant impact on their day-to-day lives and helping them regain a sense of power and peace. We don't necessarily have to agree, but respecting one another is important during this time. It's equally important to respect yourself—don't lose your sense of identity due to this decision. Instead, find ways to leverage your position and use it to make a positive difference. After all, patriotism is greater than one person or party, it is the LOVE of our country, values, constitution, and freedoms.
