Judge Timothy McManus has joined PowerHouse Mediation as a neutral and will be offering his neutral services - civil and family mediation and arbitration as well as special master services. Judge McManus retired at the end of last year after 27 years on the Dakota County bench. He told me last week, he has now had his fill of golf and to do lists and is ready to fill up his calendar with ADR...so we are opening up his calendar and scheduling.
