I am excited to share an amazing update in the journey of PredictSpring today – Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PredictSpring. This is a beautiful moment for everyone who is connected to PredictSpring. I am thankful to the extended PredictSpring leadership team and all the employees who have played a foundational role in building this company. I would like to thank my family and the families of our employees. I am also thankful to Salesforce and our investors, customers, partners and former colleagues who made an impact in this journey.
