Make a wish! ✨ It feels surreal to be celebrating 26 incredible years in business. This milestone reminds me that I am, indeed, 26 years older. But with age comes the gift of perspective—and a deep sense of gratitude. Let’s rewind for a moment. When I founded Premier at 28, I was full of fire, ambition, and boundless energy. Married and without kids, Premier became my first baby. I prepared for it with the same love and care I would later give my children, anticipating its needs and quickly learning that no preparation could account for the twists and turns ahead. I honed the art of agility, adapting as Premier and I grew together. In those early years, Premier and I were inseparable: Premier = Sara, and Sara = Premier. Then came the day when I had to cut the cord. Premier was no longer just an extension of me; it had developed a personality all its own. It was the little engine that could—pushing forward no matter the obstacles, scaling new heights year after year. And then, it stood on its own two feet. Letting go wasn’t easy. Watching Premier step into its confidence, I found myself reflecting deeply on my intentions, impact, and dreams. It was a transformative moment for both of us. Over the years, Premier and I have navigated the unpredictable tides of time together. From the dot-com bubble to the 2008 financial crisis, the rise of social media to the ever-changing political landscape, we’ve weathered it all. And then came COVID-19—a challenge unlike any other. Those years tested us, made us question everything, and ultimately reminded us of our resilience. We found ourselves, lost ourselves, and found each other again, emerging stronger and more aligned. Today, Premier and I stand as two entities, intertwined yet independent, each deeply grateful for the other. This journey has been one of growth, learning, and profound connection. So here’s to 26 years of Premier—my first baby, my steadfast companion, and now a confident entity all its own. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. Let’s make a wish for the years ahead. 🎂🎉
