About us

At P2R, we believe in empowering organizations and individuals, not by prescribing a one-size-fits-all solution, but by helping them see their world with new eyes. Our philosophy centers on powerful coaching and personalized visualization exercises. Approach to Coaching: Our approach is about understanding each person’s unique journey. We use coaching techniques that encourage self-discovery and personal growth. Our coaches are skilled in guiding individuals to uncover their own insights and solutions. Visualization Exercises: We use tailored visualization exercises as tools for transformation. These exercises help individuals imagine and plan for their future success, making their goals more tangible and achievable. Flexibility of Tools: While we provide tools with the RISE system, they are not fixed. We encourage the adaptation and personalization of these tools to fit each individual’s and company's needs. The RISE system acts as a catalyst, initiating the journey of transformation. Empowerment through Self-Discovery: Our core belief is that empowerment comes from within. Through our coaching, we facilitate a process of self-discovery, helping individuals to identify and leverage their strengths, address their challenges, and create a path that resonates with their personal and professional aspirations.

Do this before rollling into February… The RISE model starts with R- reflect for good reason. Reflection is where clarity emerges guiding our next steps with purpose! The activity of reflection is one of the most powerful actions you can take to live with purpose or simply put—investing your time vs spending it. It’s also one of the most under utilized actions we execute on. Take 30 mins. Go for a walk, find a quiet place, whatever allows you to get into your own mind and ask.. 1. Fast forward to the end of the year, how will I know this year as been a success? This informs your goal(s) for the year. Get more specific- what about my job, my business, my relationships, my health, recreation and hobbies etc.. make sure you have a specific and measurable goal for each. 2. How did I do last month. Are you on or off track towards your goals? 3. What stood in your way? 4. Where did you find sucesss and how can you double the activities around that? 5. What did I say yes to in January that didn’t align with my goals? 6. Based on the things that stood in your way, distracted you or pulled you away from your 20%..What am I going to say NO to in February to focus on what’s important? Its ok to go slow, to go fast. A must do ritual every year! #12hourwalk

A ritual that’s changed my life: The 12 Hour Walk. Motivated by my friend and world-renowned adventurer Colin O'Brady, I recently did a 12-hour nature hike. The purpose: disconnect from technology and human interaction to reflect and fuel personal / professional growth. I set out at 5am, covered 39 miles and climbed 6,000 vertical feet, periodically stopping to journal and meditate. It was an incredible experience. Here are 5 ideas from my “walk” I wanted to share: 1. Clear thinking drives strategic vision The walk produced clearer thinking. Throughout the day, I wrote down my personal and professional mission (“be a leader of character”), vision, and values. I now keep these on my desk and reflect on them during the day. 2. Fortune favors the brave Success and prosperity favor the courageous. This has been a guiding principle for me. While I kept my phone on airplane mode, I recorded a video for my team at GroundForce on the idea of how limited human minds can be. If we ALL think bigger and set more ambitious goals, we’re collectively much more powerful. 3. Create space to be creative The absence of technology allowed my mind to open up to creative possibilities, including a breakthrough idea for GroundForce (currently in development). I’ve never seen myself as a creative person. However, I now see that I never created space to be creative. As leaders, we too often get stuck in the weeds with endless calls and meetings. Jeff Bezos says: “You don't get paid to make thousands of decisions. You get paid to make a small number of high-quality decisions.” Great decisions demand creative thought time. 4. Embrace gratitude Alone with my thoughts, I became attuned to emotions and nuances of the natural world. Profound moments of gratitude overwhelmed me — gratitude for my business partner Mark, my team at GroundForce, my parents, my executive coach. Returning home to my wife and kids, I was more present and grateful than ever before. 5. Our senses impact our decisions By the end of the walk, my sight and focus reached near hallucinatory levels. I could smell flowers, tree bark, grass. My mind could lock onto one idea without racing thoughts. It was pure meditative bliss. Heightened senses lead to better filtering of information, resulting in better decision-making. It was a reminder to slow down and create space when making big decisions. – Beyond the physical demands, this 12-hour walk was a transformative experience. I encourage anyone reading this to step back, embrace solitude and embark on your own 12-hour journey in 2024. Anyone can do this, at no cost. It might just be the breakthrough needed to reshape your mindset and unlock limitless potential. I’ll be doing another 12-hour walk in 2024! DM me if you want to learn more about this.

Let's talk about a simple yet powerful idea: 'Progress often lies not in the addition, but in the subtraction. Let's look at some everyday actions we can take: 1. If saving money is your goal, how about removing shopping apps like Amazon from your phone? It's a small change that can help curb those impulse buys. 2.Finding it hard to squeeze in a workout? Consider cutting back on apps like Instagram that lead to a lot of scrolling. You might be surprised at the extra time you find. 3.For those wanting to nurture relationships, try setting aside specific phone-free times. It's about being fully present, not just in the same room. 4.Chasing a big goal? Think about three activities that don't help you get there and challenge yourself to cut them out for a week. 5. Looking for peace of mind? Start by unsubscribing from news feeds or social media that add stress. It's about creating a healthier mental environment. Each step, no matter how small, can lead to a more focused and fulfilling life. What will you choose to subtract today for your growth? #UnlockPotential #SimplifyToAmplify #Prepare2Rise
