The FIBEP 2024 Copyright Talks in Ljubljana have wrapped up. I’m honored to collaborate with such exceptional persons as Christophe Dickès, Rita Domenech, and Simona Bernabei on the 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. Ljubljana's beauty provided a stunning setting for our discussions, with the castle sunset adding a touch of magic. 🏰 I’ll echo Steffen Egelund who himself is quoting Giuseppe Marsala: “Copyright law is as stable as a cherry tomatoe on a bruschetta” 🍅 Our deep dives into copyright issues promise exciting future developments! And while trailing behind, #BigGameAds and the #HalftimeShow put celebrities like #Beyoncé or #Usher into the spotlight. With a cost of over $200,000 per-second for an ad slot during the super bowl, it has become all the more important for advertisers to base their communication on data-based insights and a true understanding of the media. This year, this was once again proven by Verizon, Uber Eats and State Farm generating the most buzz through their ads.
