Business excellence with a positive social impact.
About us
For over 55 years, PRIDE Industries has delivered business excellence with a positive social impact. Through proven business performance, we are shifting the paradigm about the value people with disabilities bring to a high-performance workforce. We optimize our customers’ business operations while creating sustainable career opportunities and training for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. We prove the value of an inclusive workforce model every day through our social enterprise model and operational success across multiple industries. Our services include facilities operations and maintenance services, custodial services, contract manufacturing, supply chain management, packaging and fulfillment services, and staffing and recruitment to commercial and government organizations nationwide. Our goal is to create 100,000 jobs for people with disabilities. One in five Americans has a disability, and two-thirds of working-age Americans with disabilities are unemployed. As the nation’s leading employer of people with disabilities, we believe that people of all abilities should have equal access to achieve their employment goals. And that belief shapes everything we are as a company. We are bound by a set of core values and a shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Wells Fargo Foundation for their continued support of the (844) I-AM-ABLE Employment Helpline! With their latest generous grant, Wells Fargo has now made four contributions to this vital service that connects #peoplewithdisabilities with employment resources. As one of the Helpline's earliest supporters, starting in 2021, their ongoing commitment has been instrumental in helping thousands of individuals with disabilities access employment preparation, vocational training, and essential community resources. Thanks to donations like this, the I AM ABLE Helpline has connected more than 4,000 people to life-changing opportunities. #PathwaysToEmployment #InclusiveEmployment Image: A graphic with the Wells Fargo Logo and the text, "Thank you to the Wells Fargo Foundation For Your Generous Grant Contribution!"

President Dwight D. Eisenhower famously said, “Plans are worthless, but planning is everything.” Eisenhower knew that while plans might have to change if circumstances do, it’s a lot easier to modify an existing plan than create one from scratch. It’s the process of planning that matters—and that turns out to be true whether you’re fighting in a war or managing your supply chain. Learn how you can apply Eisenhower’s advice to make your product’s supply chain more resilient than ever.
