To me, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony serves as a reminder that we did it, yet again! In development, every project comes with its own set of challenges and obstacles, sometimes it can seem that there is no way out. “When was the the last time you did something for the first time?” PrimeSpace Capital is primarily focused on self storage development. But at the same time, we are always open to try and learn new things. Yesterday, we broke ground on a drive through Starbucks in Chicago Heights, IL! We redeveloped a vacant grocery store into a CubeSmart self storage facility and given that self storage doesn’t require the parking that a grocery store requires, we had a vacant 4 acre parking lot. Adding the Starbucks utilizes the space and will also bring thousands of cars a week to the site that will increase the visibility of the storage facility significantly. Thank you Todd J.
