𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 / 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define user experience strategies and project goals. -Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior and needs and ensure data-driven design decisions. -The candidate will understand the work from the client, create the wireframe, and then proceed with the UI/UX design. -Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design ideas and product functionality effectively. -Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve user engagement. -Optimize existing UI/UX designs by analyzing user feedback, A/B testing results, and user behavior metrics. -Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and resolve UI/UX-related challenges. -Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., usability issues) and provide innovative solutions to improve user satisfaction. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation. -Maintain design consistency and accessibility standards across all digital products. -Present and explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, receiving and incorporating constructive feedback. -Occasionally, he will also need to perform graphic design tasks.
