We're proud to announce that the Clay Brook Passive House designed and energy modeled by us and built by Maine Passive House is now the first Phius certified passive house in New Hampshire! On top of that it has achieved a HERS score of 18. That's the best performing HERS score in the country for a project without solar panels. And, the owners are planning to install solar next year making this an incredibly energy efficient home. We'll post more in the future regarding its innovative DC electrical system and smart electrical panel. The homeowner is actively going above and beyond to push the boundaries of what is possible for residential energy efficiency.
