"Keeping pace with ever-changing regulatory requirements is non-negotiable. The speed of regulation is fast and furious. What’s not required today could very well be mandated tomorrow. This is why it’s imperative for manufacturers to invest in technology that assists in tracking industry-specific requirements." As we approach the end-of-life deadline, #AgilePLM users are facing a “musical chairs” scenario: While the music is still playing, you can plan a smooth transition to a new system with the support of a trained Agile migration specialist. But these specialists are growing more scarce as Agile expertise becomes increasingly unnecessary. As existing Agile developers retire, many with 30+ years of experience, the pool of experienced professionals with Agile-specific knowledge is rapidly shrinking. Therefore, when the music stops, hundreds of Agile users may find themselves without a seat — or a functioning PLM solution. If this sounds at all like the position your business finds itself in, keep reading: https://lnkd.in/eTh5aykV

Consumers of #medicaldevices are willing to pay for added value. That was reported by 63% of respondents in Propel's survey of 2,000 US consumers, conducted with Talker Research (formerly OnePoll U.S.). If a subscription offers access to analytics, online resources, and recall information, consumers will pay. Some companies also offer device training, coaching, and even expert opinions from healthcare providers to further bolster the benefits of the subscription model. These findings reflect an appetite for comprehensive solutions rather than one-time purchases. Medical device manufacturers might consider developing bundled, accessible solutions that support long-term health monitoring. Learn more from the survey results here: https://lnkd.in/e5Y4pGtJ

In today’s life sciences landscape, quality management systems (QMS) must do far more than manage documents. They need to streamline workflows, support regulatory compliance, and enhance supply chain operations—all with the extensibility and scalability the modern market demands. While MasterControl has transferred their on-premise “Classic” to a cloud-based quality management system, the shift did little to improve its core functionality. Unlike MasterControl’s system, Propel was born as a cloud platform. With scalability built-in, Propel is designed to allow continuous improvement throughout the entire product lifecycle. This is not just about the immediate cost savings of avoiding outdated systems—it’s about positioning your organization to handle regulatory changes, streamline workflows, and respond to market demands without needing complex or expensive re-configurations. Here are three pitfalls of MC's architecture that betray its ability to keep up with the pace of modern quality demands: https://lnkd.in/ewdiRcYp

It's a whole new chapter for Propel! 📖 Last month, we officially moved into our new HQ in Redwood City, CA—right in the heart of all things tech! Our Santa Clara office was a great home for us, but now we’re ready for the next big step in a new city, surrounded by innovation and opportunity. With a wide open space and high ceilings, this former-theatre-turned-office space is the perfect new home to energize the team. Not to mention, there's an Irish pub right downstairs for some more informal meetings... Looking forward to the adventures ahead with closer collaboration and continued growth! 🚀
