The dew point can make or break your floor coating! If the floor temperature is too close to the dew point, moisture can cause peeling and poor adhesion. For epoxies, keep the floor at least 5°F (3°C) above the dew point; for polyurethanes, aim for 10°F (6°C). Use tools like hygrometers or dew point meters to measure accurately and adjust conditions with dehumidifiers or heaters if needed.
