Yesterday was truly a special day for the US Air Force Academy, the City of Colorado Springs, Provident, and all of our outstanding partners on the Hotel Polaris at the U.S. Air Force Academy Project. There is a special place in our hearts for this Hotel, and it brings an elevated sense of pride to be part of such a transformative project for this community. Congratulations to everyone involved! This is only the beginning of what will no doubt be a phenomenal partnership for years to come. We are so grateful for the trust and commitment of all involved.

As an LSU graduate, Mom, Daughter and Granddaughter (4 generations!), I couldn't be happier that PRG continues to be included in the list of Top 100 fastest growing companies lead by LSU graduates. It is extra special to also make the Roaring20 as well! These are the top 20 revenue producing entities lead by LSU graduates. A few members of our outstanding team went to the LSU Top100 Gala this past weekend and had a great time! We are already looking forward to next year as we are expecting to bring on many new projects as we continue to grow and expand to help communities, healthcare, and universities.

New details have emerged from Omni Hotels & Resorts regarding plans for a hotel in Downtown Raleigh. The Dallas-based hospitality company will build a 27-story, 550-room hotel on the parking lot at the southern end of Fayetteville Street across from the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts. The plans are full of amenities, including new restaurants, bars and a rooftop pool. #raleigh #dtr #hotels #hospitality #development #commercialrealestate

Today, Sept 18, marks exactly 9 months since RISE broke ground on our Public-Private Partnership (P3) development with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and we are proud to see the progress which includes a 788-bed, fully enclosed facility. The record pace of this project began with a groundbreaking following the State Building Commission’s final approval of the project on 12/14/23 and in advance of the project’s 1/24/24 financial closing. Jeremy Doss, RISE Senior VP of Development, shared, “It is truly amazing what this team has been able to accomplish since being awarded this P3 by the UT System and UTK on April 1 of last year. Not only did we break ground in less than nine months from the project award, [on December 18th], but today marks exactly nine months of construction, and we now have a 788-bed, seven-story, Type II facility fully enclosed! “We knew this would be a record-setting pace for the industry, but it's remarkable to witness these unparalleled milestones being achieved along the way. We just want to extend our thanks to all of the seasoned and talented team members who continue to put so much into this legacy project.” RISE, along with partners Choate Construction Company and Niles Bolton Associates, continue to hit milestones at a record pace on this 2,982-bed, multi-phase on-campus housing development. #RISE #Development #OnCampus #StudentHousing #BreakingRecords #Team #UTK #Tennessee #UniversityHousing
