This includes our modeled geo pricing and comparisons to both city and county prices. This updated chart gives you the full picture—how your property's value has changed over time and where it might be headed. Armed with these insights, you'll be able to make smarter decisions whether you're buying or selling. Then, based on your inputted minimum buildable area percentage, we will filter out properties that don't meet your criteria! We are pleased to announce that we have recently enhanced the APN search functionality in our Comp Report tool! Please read below for more information: Issue - Some properties in the state of Tennessee (TN) were not being found when searching with standard APNs provided by other data providers. Resolution - We've implemented a fix that will automatically look up and apply the county code designation to the TN APN being searched, which can be commonly linked to the TN APNs in our database. What Do You Need to Do? - Nothing! Please continue to enter in the standard APN for a TN property as normal. We have already noticed a significant increase in properties found using this new method.
