As law enforcement leaders, our primary responsibility is to INSPIRE our teams, not to impress them. True leadership isn't about showing off our authority or achievements; it's about empowering our teams to reach their full potential. When we inspire, we foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and resilience. Let’s inspire greatness together!

Early this morning, we lost Officer Colton Pulsipher, a dedicated member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, in a tragic crash caused by a wrong-way driver. Officer Pulsipher, 29, was heading home after his shift when the incident occurred. He leaves behind a wife and three children. This devastating loss underscores the critical importance of roadway safety and the profound impact of dangerous driving. As we mourn the loss of our brother, let this tragedy serve as another stark reminder to remain vigilant and responsible on our roadways. Our deepest condolences go out to Officer Pulsipher’s family, friends, and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. His commitment to serving and protecting our community will never be forgotten. #EndOfWatch #LVMPD #RoadSafety #NeverForget
