Pulse Final Mile

Most companies if not all have a set of values, but those values can often be subjective, carrying different meanings for different people. To create more clarity and alignment, Pulse Final Mile introduced two dozen or so Behaviors that serve as a roadmap for living our values in a tangible way. These Behaviors guide how we operate, collaborate, and support one another every day. Last week's behavior was a reminder to KEEP THINGS FUN. Our industry moves fast, but that doesn't mean we can't find ways to lighten the mood. Whether it's me redecorating my office for Christmas in February (I never took the decorations down) or convincing Jacob Crets to break out his "Sunday's best" outfit, we believe that its the little things that help #DelivertheDifference. Beyond the work itself, Pulse is defined by its people. It's out team and our partners who bring our values and behaviors to life every day. They are the ones who drive us forward.

I want to take a moment to publicly recognize and appreciate our Compliance Manager, Brittany Garcia. You won’t find a more selfless and dedicated individual in our business. Compliance is one of the few areas that, if not managed properly, can cripple an operation like ours overnight. I hear interesting stories from competitors about missteps, "grey areas", and every time, I’m reminded how fortunate we are to have Brittany leading this charge. At Pulse Final Mile, we don’t compromise when it comes to compliance - it's a non-negotiable. And Brittany is the driving force behind that standard.
