Utilizing our “-HYG” Option for Hydrogen, the RVS Series Relief Valves utilize a PEEK soft seat design for reliable venting of gases at set pressures to 20,000 psi (1380 bar). The operating temperature range is -50° to 400°F (-46° to 204°C). The soft seat design provides bubble tight sealing, repeatable pop-off, and reseat. Our Parker Autoclave brand Cone and Thread PAE Union Coupling is used to easily disassemble tubing runs when valves or fittings need to be replaced after original installation. The Body and Insert are two different pieces in the same assembly. The body can slide down tubing leaving only the insert and the tubing tips engaged. Then with only minimal tube shift, the insert drops out allowing the tubing to be removed avoiding the need to disassemble multiple tubing sections from closest elbow.
