    This morning, I’m reflecting on the importance of balance. Despite the hustle of #SFTechWeek, it’s been refreshing and eye-opening. Speaking of balance, I wanted to share a few highlights from last week's Power Yoga & Marketing Brunch 🧘♀️✨ It was the perfect way to start the day: connecting body, mind, and meeting incredible people. Here are some highlights: 🧘♀️ Power Yoga: Before setting any goal, align with your True North. If you lose balance, find your center and start again. Simple, but powerful. 🚀 #MarTech News: SF is buzzing with innovative tools for Marketing & Ops (shoutout to Mailmodo, Quest Labs, Persana AI, and Charm). Be open to change and learn from it. 🙏 Meaningful Connections: Building authentic relationships makes all the difference. 🥐 And on the foodie front: how amazing was that breakfast?!     The weather might have cooled down but the tech scene is still super hot in SF with TECH WEEK by a16z. It's definitely official - SF is so so back with 100+ events happening each day this week. I can't even keep up with it all but loving the vibes of the city this week. Here are few tips for attendees making the most out of #SFTechWeek: -> Self-care is key. Don't forget to prioritize yourself over attending events and choose events that align with your mood & energy. When you're feeling good, seize the opportunity to connect and have fun. Remember to rest when needed, stay hydrated, and nourish your body with healthy food & sleep. And most importantly, don't hesitate to skip events if you're not feeling up to it -> Before each event, ensure you are aligned with your inner self and your true north. No point in serving anyone if you don't feel aligned (Mariana Klober). -> Don't start pitching or selling the second you meet someone. Learn their story, connect on some commonality. Think about building a relationship rather than a transactional acquaintance. -> Avoid rushing from event to event. If you plan to event hop, choose events that are in same general location. Know that it's impossible to do it all, networking is a marathon, not a sprint -> Connect people with resources that are within your reach.  If you know of a co-working space, local restaurants, helpful tools, or valuable connections that could benefit others, don’t hesitate to share that information. -> Plan your events in advance to make the most of your time. Be fully present with each person you meet. Exchange contact information (LinkedIn preferred) and let them know you’ll follow up. Leaving a positive impression is crucial for future connections. -> Do follow up with your connections post the event -> Bonus Tip: Don't forget to share your experiences on social media Most importantly make friends, build your network and have fun at #SFTechWeek. Today's yoga and marketing event organized by Mailmodo, Persana AI, Quest Labs, Charm was one such wonderful event with a blend of relaxation and education. The yoga session was a great way to start the day, followed by insightful presentations on various marketing tools We’re on Day 3 of Tech Week, am still going strong ( a bit tired) and the energy is been contagious and the beautiful people am meeting is keeping me going. So wishing you all the best as well.

    We spoke with 100s of Lifecycle Marketers and had a shocking revelation... Lifecycle Marketers even at many F500 companies STILL create cohorts, and segments and figure out messaging for their channels manually!!! Yes of course there are tools provided by channel-specific marketing platforms like Attentive or Klaviyo but they are limited to basic rule-based segments and flows. We at Quest Labs couldn't help but feel like there was a huge opportunity to supercharge these Lifecycle Marketing workflows with AI 🪄 Imagine being able to analyze millions of user behavior touchpoints and recommending context-aware, real-time, and dynamic workflows - segments, variants & flows - for each user to drive 1:1 hyper-personalized messaging, image & text across channels that drive conversions and engagement rates unlike ever before!!! This is now possible with multimodal transformer-based recommendation systems. I spent many years diving deep into this tech, from my research at the University of California, Davis & Carnegie Mellon University to my work on the Merlin Team at NVIDIA. So I cannot say enough about how excited I am for this to enable powerful end-consumer experiences now!
