Share a personal story about feedback that helped you grow, even if it stung a little at first. - Ask for feedback. Start by asking, “What’s one thing I could do to make it easier to work with me?” and show your team what it looks like to take feedback and act on it. - Get aligned. Begin the year with a conversation about shared goals and values. When everyone understands the “why,” collaboration and innovation flourish. - Celebrate along the way. Recognition doesn’t just boost morale, it shows your team what success looks like and helps reinforce those positive behaviors. Creating a culture of Radical Candor is a journey - it’s not about perfection, but progress. The small, intentional steps you take now can lead to transformational change for your team.
