🎉Two nominations for Railsr at the FStech Awards 2025 🎉 We are absolutely delighted to announce that Railsr has been shortlisted for two awards at the FStech Awards 2025. Alongside our partner Toqio, we have been nominated for Financial Services Collaboration of the Year for our successful joint work creating a disbursement product for an intergovernmental agency. We are thrilled that our long-standing collaboration has been recognised in this way. Railsr has also been shortlisted for Banking-as-a-Service - Platform of the Year, following years of developing our technology to innovate embedded finance. We are honoured to be recognised alongside so many impressive nominees. Last Friday, the prestigious We Are Novi Awards 2024 took place, and we were lucky enough to celebrate Railsr’s own Erica Katsambis, who was selected as a finalist for the Transformational Leader of the Year award! ✨ The We Are Novi Awards honour extraordinary women breaking barriers across industries, and this year’s event was a powerful and brilliant opportunity to meet some industry leaders across the spectrum. It brought together an inspiring mix of trailblazers and offered a brilliant platform to celebrate achievements and exchange ideas. We are thrilled to recognise Erica being shortlisted for  - her achievements over her career, which are an inspiration to all of us at Railsr! 🎉 The event, led by Griselda Togobo and expertly hosted by Arti Halai, offered not just a celebration but also thought-provoking conversations. Highlights included a key note by Emma Wright and the work she is doing to support female founders and investors and the insightful panel, including ‘Allyship in Action: How Leaders Are Shaping an Inclusive World’, hearing from Jacqueline de Rojas CBE, Jhumar Johnson, Leigh Walters-James, and Thomas Birk. Their insights left a lasting impression on everyone at the event. The event was an inspiring celebration of trailblazing women, and we’re honoured to have been a part of it. AI in Financial Services: Challenges and Opportunities The financial services sector is rapidly embracing AI, with 75% of firms using it in 2024 (up from 53% in 2022).
