About us
Rainbow Ecoscience develops proven, predictable products, tools, and solutions for plant healthcare professionals. Rainbow has solutions for many common tree healthcare issues including emerald ash borer, Dutch elm disease, Japanese beetle, bagworm, winter moth, whitefly, iron and manganese chlorosis, size maintenance, and many more. Everything we do is based in science and backed by research. Rainbow annually conducts over 100 ongoing research trials across the country. Our science and research teams partner with leading universities and colleges to conduct these trials and to collect data. We take this research and make it available through training and education. We provide training and education to hundreds of tree and landscape professionals each year. We work with companies to help them develop or add to their current plant healthcare programs and provide customer support. Our Territory Managers have an average of over 30 years’ experience in the green industry, from having owned their own businesses to working for large tree care companies and can provide their experience and knowledge to help clients grow their plant healthcare programs. In addition to training and education from Territory Managers, tree care professionals can also contact our technical support or customer service teams at the Solution Center toll free number (1-877-272-6747) with any questions relating to ordering, product information and rates, SDS's and labels, pricing, or plant healthcare in general. We understand that having proven, predictable results are critical to the success of any business. That's why we conduct research trials and collect data on all of our products and solutions. We also recognize that even with the right tools, training and support are critical factors in developing or adding a new plant healthcare program. Rainbow is your partner in tree and plant healthcare.

Arborologist: Provides training to improve Arborist, Horticulturalist & Landscape Managers tree and shrub care programs.
David Anderson, Blake Thilmony, Kendra Wagner, and I came across #obscure #scale on oak trees in downtown #FortWorth #TX last week. Obscure scale is an armored scale and can be a common pest of urban oak trees. The covers (tests) of the female scale blend into the bark of trees, allowing populations to build unsuspectingly. These insects have one generation per year with crawlers reported at 1,500-2,500 growing degree days (#GDD). For more information on obscure scale, and other scale insects, check out Rainbow Ecoscience's Scale Insect Management Guide: https://lnkd.in/eewwf3zM
