𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗙𝗨𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗚𝗡: Sarvaguna Foods and Kitchen Raises AU$54,785 For Fair Wage and Good Nutrition in Nepal 🧑🌾 🚚 🇳🇵 Congratulations to Tulsi Giri, the whole team at Sarvaguna, and the intermediary Red Hat Impact for their second successful impact loan campaign on LendForGood 👏 They raised AU$54,785 from 5 lenders on a 36 month term (10% per annum simple interest). Sarvaguna fundraised for capital needed to expand and grow their catering services in Nepal. A new vehicle is much needed for deliveries to allow for more schools to be delivered to. Two grain silos will allow for Sarvaguna to buy more grain during the harvest season when prices are lower. 🚍🍽️🌾 As well as better prices, they want to be able to use the grain to produce more products in house such as noodles and bread. Zey Erol and I are in consensus: Raiseway needs a co-founder CTO. We can raise money and hire a CTO, but that's not even close to a no-salary equity-based bootstrapping CTO co-founder trauma-bond with us (that's how Zey and I live as COO and CEO). Also, not having even a part-time CTO hurts our ability to raise money. So we are looking for one. We'd love to work with someone who can dedicate ~10 hours per week to the project for 10% of totally authorized equity, vested over 4 years. A co-founder CTO, who is also an investor, would be amazing. We are open to middle engineers with a lot of exposure. Ideally, though, we'd prefer someone senior, with the experience of building web-apps with many interconnected features such as CRM systems, calculators, AI integrations, marketplaces. We are sincerely grateful to Siarhei Aliaksiayuk, who has been working on Raiseway when possible and continues receiving substantial equity for his work, but, unfortunately, he can't bootstrap like that at the moment. We work approximately 10-15 hours per week on Raiseway right now. Sometimes more, sometimes less - both Zey and I have other jobs. We share the costs for the software. Up to this point, we have been building on Bubble. We are open to switching to other platforms & coding languages. We are making our Raiseway's knowledge platform free. Fully free, the entire database of content. Removing all the paywalls, you just need to sign in. We will make money in other ways: - comprehensive campaign management for $1500 / m - partner referral fees - offering Raiseway users 30 min/1 hr private workshopping sessions across subtasks at $1 per minute (we'll just put a button on the platform to schedule the call) Maybe we'll put a donation button somewhere. Later, we will charge extra for complex modules like CRM system, certain AI integrations, Social Media Posting, Email Campaign modules. $15 for this module, $10 for that. But the knowledge base will be broadly available. Policy subject to change, we are experimenting. This speaks very closely to what we believe - knowledge should be free.

Slack was earlier to market with its product, but Microsoft had already a huge proprietary distribution channel which allowed it to scale teams at an insane speed.
